THE SET PHILLY – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to studio rentals, production services, equipment use, and related services provided by The Set Philly (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or using our studio or services, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings & Payment
Bookings are confirmed once any required payment or deposit has been received.
Pricing, session length, included equipment, crew, and services are based on the package or services selected at the time of booking.
Additional studio time, production services, equipment, editing, or other add-ons may result in additional charges.
2. Studio Use
Clients and their guests are expected to use the studio, equipment, furniture, and facilities responsibly.
The person or company making the booking is responsible for their guests and for damage caused during the session beyond normal wear and tear.
Your reserved time includes setup, recording, breakdown, and other studio use unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please arrive on time and prepared for your scheduled session.
3. Equipment & Production
Equipment, crew, and production services included with your session will be based on the package or services booked.
We take reasonable steps to maintain our equipment and provide a professional production environment. However, The Set Philly cannot guarantee against unexpected technical issues, equipment failure, internet outages, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients retain ownership of the original content they create during their session.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions and rights to any music, images, footage, trademarks, copyrighted materials, guests, or other third-party content used during production.
Any separate production, licensing, partnership, talent, or intellectual property agreement entered into with The Set Philly will govern where applicable.
5. Conduct
Clients and guests must conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner.
The Set Philly reserves the right to stop or terminate a session if conduct is unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or creates a risk to our staff, guests, equipment, or property.
Smoking and illegal activity are prohibited within the studio.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
All cancellations and schedule changes are subject to our Cancellation Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Set Philly is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our studio, equipment, or services.
8. Acceptance
By booking, paying for, or using The Set Philly, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and our Cancellation Policy.
