THE SET PHILLY – CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Because studio time, equipment, and production personnel may be reserved specifically for your session, the following cancellation policy applies to bookings with The Set Philly.
1. More Than 48 Hours Before Your Booking
If you cancel or request to reschedule more than 48 hours before your scheduled session, eligible payments may be refunded or credited toward a future booking.
Any non-refundable deposits, third-party expenses, or fees disclosed at the time of booking will remain non-refundable.
2. Within 48 Hours of Your Booking
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
At our discretion, we may allow eligible amounts paid to be applied as a credit toward one rescheduled session.
3. Within 24 Hours & No-Shows
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable.
The full amount of the scheduled booking may remain due.
4. Rescheduling
Approved booking credits must be used toward a rescheduled session and may be subject to studio and crew availability.
A booking may generally be rescheduled only once unless otherwise approved by The Set Philly.
5. Late Arrivals
Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time.
Arriving late does not automatically extend your session. Additional studio time is subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
6. Crew, Equipment & Additional Services
Certain production crew, talent, equipment rentals, custom sets, special orders, third-party services, or other production expenses may become non-refundable once booked, purchased, or incurred.
When applicable, these charges will be communicated as part of your booking or production agreement.
7. Cancellations by The Set Philly
If The Set Philly must cancel a booking because of an issue within our reasonable control, we will work with you to reschedule the session or provide an appropriate refund or credit for the affected studio services.
The Set Philly is not responsible for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances reasonably outside our control.
8. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact The Set Philly as soon as possible and provide your name and booking information.
By completing a booking with The Set Philly, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation Policy.
